What payment methods are accepted?• We accept all major credit cards for US domestic-based customers. PayPal is the only accepted payment method for international customers.
What is the typical lead time after an order is placed?• Our order processing time is 1-2 business days. If you need your order to go out within the same day of your order, our cutoff time is 12 PM ET.
All orders submitted after that will be shipped out the following business day.

Where do you ship out & how long will it take to get my order?• Our warehouse ships out from New York & transit times will vary per your location.
What is your return policy?• Exchanges or Credit/Refunds will only be issued under two conditions

• We accept returns up to 30 days of the purchase date. No returns will be accepted WITHOUT AN ORDER #.
